Chef Will Brown is a Houston native. With cooking roots that stem back to his upbringing in Opelousas, La., he learned how to prepare authentic dishes such as - gumbo, beignets, boudin balls, and shrimp creole.

 

Already a trailblazer in the Metro Atlanta culinary circuit, Chef W ill Brown opened the doors to his highly anticipated new food concept, Will’s Way Creole Kitchen.  in the Sweet Auburn Historic District - once known as the richest Negro street in the world - Will’s Way Creole Kitchen has breathed new life into one of the nation’s most historic African-American places. He has now grown the brand to where a larger location is needed.  Creole Kitchen has moved to Hapeville, GA .

 

2015 catapulted into many successes for the chef turned restaurateur.  Chef Brown has appeared on Food Network's sixth season of "Cutthroat Kitchen," as well as in appearing on a new show on "Fox Network".  The list does not stop there.  Chef Brown has been invited as a honored guest for cooking demos at this year’s  Food & Wine Festivals threw out the U.S and Abroad.
